There where clean rooms with kitchenette and comfortable beds and good equipment. The stuff was really friendly, I stayed for 1 night. The location in a calm area was great and perfect and there were a shopping mall and big stores nearby.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge, which I liked. the private bathroom had a bath, which was a plus. the staff were gentle and affable. the location was perfect in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Loved having private parking onsite, felt like a VIP. My apartment was on the 1st floor, so convenient for avoiding stairs.

The bed was like sleeping on a pile of rocks. Ouch!

the combination of hotel and apartment was just what we needed - we had the convenience of a reception and daily cleaning, but also the freedom of a kitchenette. the location was great, just a short walk from the city center, shopping mall, and restaurants. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and cozy - we even stayed comfortably in T-shirts in December! the best part was the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist us with any requests. When we return to Vinnitsa, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at Smart Apart for 5 days and our experience was perfect. The hotel is a great combination of a hotel and an apartment, with a spacious and quiet room that had a well-equipped kitchen. The location is central, just a 5-minute walk from the city center, shopping mall, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, even going above and beyond by lending me an umbrella and helping with my phone credits. We will definitely stay here again!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and the helpful staff who spoke English. the room was comfortable, with a kitchen and dining table that we used for work. the cleaning staff was meticulous, and the air conditioning kept us cool. the property was close to the central street, making it easy for us to explore the city. We highly recommend Smart Apartments for visitors.

Everything was really good, my next choice again in Vinnytsia. Booked apartment with a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment, and a dining area. The location was good and absolutely perfect, close to a shopping mall. Visiting restaurants and cafés walk from the hotel was easy.

The apartment at Smart Apart was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the private entrance and the soundproofing, it felt like a little haven away from all the noise. The flat-screen TV and air conditioning were great for relaxing in the evening, and the kitchen had everything I needed, including a microwave and an electric kettle. The stovetop was a nice touch, perfect for cooking a home-cooked meal when I didn't feel like eating out.

Personally, I found the fridge a bit small for my needs, but I'm sure it would be fine for most people.
